Yes! Feel free to send us a message explaining in great detail you're vision with the options we have available, and we will do our best to make it a reality.
What are our shipping times?
Understand that our orders are made when a purchase is made. (Made-to-order) Also please understand that since we make our products made to order there is a curing time of 3 to 14 days for soy. We will include a note for a suggested time that your curing should end.
Our mini melts and mini decorations should be cured for a minimum of 3 days.
Our mid-sized melts/candles should be cured for 7 days.
Our large melts/candles and glass candles should be cured for a maximum of 14 days.
Processing and shipping times can take up to 15 days during the holiday season.
Our hours are from 9 am to 5 pm Central Standard Time, from Monday to Friday. Orders can be placed at any time and be shipped the next business day, but if the order date falls on a Saturday or Sunday it will be processed or shipped the following Monday.
To check the status of an order you will receive an email notification from us which will include your tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
